When my home is calm, nagging to-dos are sorted, and I have something amazing to taste... the world is my oyster! And that’s how I want you to feel. Unlocking the creativity blocked by disorganization and overwhelm to cultivate feelings of opportunity and freedom has been the golden thread through my career, and it continues to motivate me today.
Coming from a background in Operations and User-Centered Design, I’ve combined a knack for organization with a passion for food, health, and impact on an individual level. I lead from a foundation of groundedness and authenticity, whether developing nutritional menus as a personal chef or strategizing process as a consultant.
While I am one of those weirdos who organizes to relax, what sparks true joy is seeing the incredible breadth of expression and engagement folks are capable of when barriers are tended to.
